Hit the TRAILS! Student-Created STEM Strolls and Stops
STEM concepts are everywhere you look—if you know HOW to look for them.  This session is a project-based learning approach designed to help educators guide students in looking at what’s around them through a ‘STEM Lens’. Students will learn to look at locations critically, formulate questions, and test hypotheses to create an interactive activity, all while making connections to their community and continuing to shape their understanding of STEM concepts.  Participants in this session will be guided through the design process of creating a STEM Stroll or STEM Stop and walk away with resources and ideas to use in their own schools.

What’s Working to Engage Families Today: Communication Tips for Technology Leaders
When it comes to communication in schools, parent & community expectations have shifted recently. The strategies and tools used 10 years ago are not working today, yet many are still in place. Even CoSN's annual survey of technology leaders found 95% say their districts changed how they engaged with parents during the pandemic. During this session, attendees will learn modern tips and tools for engaging families across the various layers of their school community—classroom, school, district, and groups (parent groups, student clubs, & athletics)—and considerations for technology leaders.

Learners Here, There, and Everywhere – Zoom ClassRoom
While students and educators were spread far and wide by the pandemic, many districts turned to Zoom to bridge to geographic gap. However, now that hybrid learning environments are becoming the norm, those same teachers are faced with a major hurdle – how can they effectively and clearly communicate with a webcam and headset while simultaneously interacting with a class of in-person students?

Enter Zoom ClassRoom, a new educational tool made for this moment. With it, educators can effectively flex between simultaneous learning environments without leaving any students behind. In this webinar, you’ll hear from one educator who has harnessed Zoom ClassRoom to meet their students where they are, regardless of where they are.
