Instructional Technology Coach for Kaneland CUSD 302 where I create personalized professional development that empowers teachers to facilitate authentic learning experiences for students.

Before entering the Edtech world, I was a high school Spanish teacher for thirteen years. I traveled with students to Europe, and I still enjoy hearing from former students who continue to travel, explore, and learn about other cultures. Prior to becoming a teacher, I served as a public information specialist where I developed community presentations and press materials.

As the mother of a high schooler and two middle schoolers, I believe that investing time to build positive relationships is the cornerstone to learning in any environment. I enjoy collaborating with students and educators to facilitate growth and creativity, and I love to promote the amazing work that I see in classrooms across my school district.
